• Provider Information: If you register as a service provider, we collect your business name, location, pricing information, photos, service descriptions, and availability.
• Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe may collect billing information necessary to process payments.
• Communications: We collect messages you send through our platform to service providers or customers.
• Reviews and Ratings: We collect reviews, ratings, and comments you submit about service providers.
• Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or support requests you submit to us.

2.2 Google User Data (OAuth)

When you choose to sign in with Google, we access the following information from your Google account:

• Your name (as displayed in your Google account)
• Your email address
• Your profile picture (if available)

We use Google user data solely for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your identity and create your EasyTantz account
• To provide you with a seamless sign-in experience
• To display your name and profile information within the EasyTantz platform
• To send you booking confirmations, updates, and important service notifications via email

We do NOT use Google user data for any of the following purposes:

• Targeted advertising or personalized advertisements
• Selling to data brokers or information resellers
• Determining credit-worthiness or lending purposes
• Retargeted advertisements or interest-based advertising
• Creating databases for marketing purposes
• Training AI models or machine learning systems

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform:

• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider. They store your account information and booking data securely.
• Stripe: Our payment processor. They handle payment transactions and may collect billing information necessary for processing payments.
• Resend/SMTP: Our email service providers. They send transactional emails such as booking confirmations and notifications on our behalf.
• Google: When you use Google Sign-In, Google processes your authentication. We only receive the information you authorize.

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

4.2 Platform Functionality

To facilitate bookings and communication, we share certain information between users:

• Service providers can see your name and booking details when you make a booking request
• Customers can see service provider profiles, including names, photos, locations, and pricing
• Reviews and ratings you submit are visible to other users

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

Important: We do NOT transfer or disclose your Google user data or any personal information to third parties for advertising, marketing, data brokering, credit assessment, or any purpose other than providing and improving the EasyTantz platform functionality.

Note: Some information may remain in backup systems for a limited time after deletion. Reviews and ratings you have submitted may remain visible to maintain platform integrity, but will be anonymized.

EASYTANTZ IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

You acknowledge that you use EasyTantz at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for your interactions with service providers and other users. We act solely as an intermediary platform and are not a party to any agreements between you and service providers.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyTantz, its operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to EasyTantz
